IT'S ALL IN A MEMORY

IT’S ALL IN A MEMORY

Just recently I’ve been doing a lot of work with memory recall, helping people to prepare for exams. Helping them to retain and attain information learnt, when needed

Not all of us are doing exams obviously, or learning, but even in every day life we often need to access information stored away in the subconscious mind, maybe at work or just in our personal life.

This, is where my work with memory recall comes to the fore.

This way of working is not at all new, but I do personalize it and work with my own techniques. It’s all just a way of retraining our brains to organise and reorganise, to frame and reframe.

Usually, whenever we learn something new, we always think we’ll remember it but as the days pass it seems we remember and recall less and less. This is because we have so many thousands of different tasks to do and remember each and every day, that certain things just get pushed down. No, they are not forgotten, they’re still there, just less easily accessed. So what do we do?

Well first we need to reference all of those things we need to remember. That sounds easier said than done I hear you say. Well yes it actually is.

All we need to do is to picture what ever it is we need to remember, see it, vividly, scan it, photo it in your mind and together we can then arrange and organise it, put it somewhere deep within the subconscious, a place from which we can easily access it when needed.

And that of course is where I come in.

I have had some really exciting results with the work I do in this field, helping many to function to their full potential and reaching excellent grades.

This work operates on more levels than just memory.

The biggest problem when entering into the exam room or even into the board room is nerves. Whether giving a presentation or taking a test, being able to access the knowledge more confidently lessens the nerves. The more confident we feel in ourselves, the more it translates into results.

I like to think of the mind as something like a computer hard drive. With a click of the mouse we can access whatever it is we have filed away. We just need to know exactly what we are looking for and where it is stored. Accomplishing this means we can find anything and everything we want, whenever we need to.
