After many years of searching for my path in life, I finally found that my interest into the human psyche can be put to good use and enable me to touch peoples lives in a positive way.Hypnotherapy is my passion and my passion is to help people be the best they can be.

I was trained at the Essex institute of clinical hypnosis under the tutorage of Terence Watts, being nominated, A.P.H.P student of that year. I now regulary assist in teaching there.

I am fully qualified in hypnotherapy with psychotherapy and hypno-analysis. I am also a fully qualified Symbiodynamics™ practitioner.

Hypno-therapy can help many different conditions - fear of spiders, flying, heights, exam nerves (including driving tests nerves.)

I am a client centred therapist, I believe in helping people to be the best they can, meaning that each client is treated as an individual and the work we do together is especially tailored to their way of being and individual needs.

I am based in Southend-on-sea , I practice from the E.I.C.H which is also based in Southend-on-sea by appointment. Home visits are also available.

As a member of A.P.H.P (Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy) I am bound by their strict code of ethics. You will find full details of them at
